The Driftless Cafe is proud to feature fresh, local flavor. We purchase produce from area farmers, serve it fresh in season, and can or freeze the bounty for the taste of summer during the winter months.
Some of our produce has been picked the morning it is served; some of it is delivered by horse and cart, all of it supports our local economy. Because we deal with real people and weather conditions we may sometimes be out of an ingredient.
